1. Scope of Work

All commercial roofing services, including TPO/EPDM installation and restorative coatings, are subject to formal contractual agreements subsequent to site inspection. Website content is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding estimate.

2. Diagnostics & Weather

Aegis Roof Systems utilizes drone technology for thermal imaging. Deployments are contingent upon Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and local weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule diagnostics due to adverse atmospheric conditions.

3. Liability

While we strive for absolute precision in our moisture mapping, thermal imaging is a diagnostic tool and may not reveal 100% of structural anomalies beneath the membrane surface.
